Go to the fair's listing on FairQuest, click Apply, and fill out the application form. You'll need a free FairQuest account first.

I'm a fair organizer — how do I get my fair on FairQuest?

Email us at fairquestapp@gmail.com or use the form above and select "I'm a fair organizer." We'll set everything up for you.

How long does it take to hear back on an application?

Application review times vary by fair. Once a fair approves or declines your application, you'll be notified through FairQuest.

Is FairQuest free to use?

Yes — FairQuest is free for vendors, performers, and attendees. Fair organizer tools are currently offered free during our founding partner program.

We reply to all messages within 2–3 business days. During active fair season it may take a little longer, but every message gets a response.
