By using FairQuest on the website or mobile app, you agree to the following terms:

1. User Responsibilities

• All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You may only upload or submit content that you own or have permission to use.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account information.

2. Acceptable Behavior

• No harassment, bullying, or behavior intended to make others feel unsafe or unwelcome.
• No abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language.
• No hateful, explicit, or harmful content.
• No attempts to misuse, damage, exploit, or interfere with the platform.

FairQuest is intended to be a respectful, family-friendly environment.

3. Enforcement

If you violate these rules, FairQuest may take action including:

• Putting the account on hold
• Suspending the account
• Permanently terminating the account
• Removing reported or inappropriate content

FairQuest reserves the right to take action as needed to protect users and the platform.

4. User Content

• You grant FairQuest permission to display your submitted content within the platform.
• Your content remains yours, but it must follow these rules.
• If content is reported or found to violate these terms, it may be reviewed and removed.

5. Platform Use

• FairQuest provides information about fairs and related content, but does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current.
• Your participation in fairs, events, or third-party activities is at your own risk.

6. External Links

FairQuest may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Account Termination

We may place accounts on hold, suspend them, or terminate them if users violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Fair Data Ownership

All vendor, food vendor, and performer application data submitted through FairQuest to a specific fair belongs to that fair. FairQuest acts solely as the technology platform to collect, store, and display that data on the fair's behalf. FairQuest will never share one fair's applicant data with another fair or any third party.

9. Fair Organizer Responsibilities

Fair organizers who use FairQuest to collect vendor and performer applications agree to:

• Only collect information that is necessary for their application process
• Handle applicant data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not share applicant data outside their organization without consent

10. Limitation of Liability

FairQuest is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed applications, or business impact resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or errors. Fair organizers and applicants are encouraged to maintain their own records.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of FairQuest means you accept any updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
