The website may use analytics tools and services such as Google AdSense to understand usage and display ads. These services may use cookies. No personal data like name or email is stored in cookies.

3. Mobile App Use

Account Information

• Profile photo (if uploaded)

Vendor & Performer Application Data

If you apply to a fair as a vendor, food vendor, or performer, we collect:

• Business name, contact name, and contact information
• Product or performance descriptions
• Photos or files you submit with your application
• Application status and fair coordinator notes

This data is visible only to the fair you applied to. It is never shared with other fairs or third parties.

Fair Organizer Data

If you manage a fair on FairQuest, we collect:

• Fair name, address, dates, and description
• Fair images and website links
• Application form content and vendor contracts you create

All data you enter for your fair is yours. FairQuest acts only as the technology platform to store and display it.

App Data Stored

• Favorite fairs
• Saved calendar fairs

Location Permission

The app may request access to your device location.

• Used only to show nearby fairs
• Location is NOT stored
• Location is NOT tracked over time

You can accept or deny this permission at any time.

Data Storage

All app data is stored securely using Supabase.

• Account data
• Favorites
• Calendar data

We do not sell or share your personal data.

4. External Links

The app and website may open external links such as fair websites or Google Maps. We are not responsible for third-party content.

5. Data Control

• You can manage your data inside the app
• You can delete your account through the website
• When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our system
• Application data submitted to a fair may be retained by that fair per their own records
• You may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us

If you are a California or US resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of the sale of your data (we do not sell data)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
